Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging and include the packing slip before sealing the box and attaching the return label.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, typically within 5-10 business days.
